Gil Moreira dos Santos, Caldeira, Cernadas & Associates:

GMSCC was created to better answer the issues that, whether by their relevance or thematic novelty, must deserve both critical and updated information along with committed and responsible legal advice, which are the sole purpose of the legal profession.

Aiming this purpose, GMSCC combines the professional experience and academic preparation of the lawyers that integrate it – recognising their loyalty, dedication and readiness when performing the services conferred upon them in each area of expertise – with the intervention of distinct Jurists of recognised academic merit and participation in projects regarding legislation amendments.

Many of the lawyers that comprise this society are well aware of the ethical and deontological renewed demands of the legal profession, following the strategic role they play by holding positions in governing bodies of the Bar. Therefore, this layout was thought to be beneficial both in the context of in-house training and in the renewal of specialised staff.

That’s why we have tried to increase the availability, quality and responsibility both in the information and in the response, thus being able to maintain a close relationship between Lawyer and Client as a means to strengthen mutual trust.
