EU & Competition Law Practice:

Mannheimer Swartling was the first Swedish law firm to establish a separate practice group for EU and competition law. Today, our practice is ranked by Global Competition Review as among the best in the world.

Mannheimer Swartling’s EU and Competition practice primarily operates from offices in Stockholm and Brussels. Our presence in Brussels puts us in close daily contact with the EU institutions, which facilitates matter management and the on-going monitoring of legal developments. We also have a well-established practice in Berlin where we mainly represent Scandinavian clients in relation to German competition law issues. We also offer advice on Russian and Chinese competition law through our offices in those countries.

Mannheimer Swartling:

Mannheimer Swartling is the leading business law firm in the Nordic region. Our clients include companies and organisations in Sweden and around the world.

With approximately 400 lawyers specialised in different areas of business law and industries, we seek always to understand our client’s legal and, equally importantly, commercial challenges and apply our collective expertise to find optimal solutions.

From client relationships, to education and training, to sustainability and our own institution-building, we are in it for the long term. We strive to maintain a long-term perspective for our clients and for ourselves. We have long been the most desired law firm employer in Sweden, and we aim to recruit and develop the most passionate legal talent available. Our business model is founded on a collective ambition to provide the best advice to the most demanding clients on their most important matters, which also places us at the forefront of the development of new legal services.

We practise out of our own offices in Sweden, Germany, Russia, China, USA and Brussels, and in close co-operation with other renowned international law firms.
