The Personal Injury Law Practice:
At the Law Firm of Edmiston & Colton, we have the experience and resources to handle personal injury cases of all types. No matter what form of negligence has caused you or a loved one to suffer a serious injury, you can be confident that our Montana attorneys can help. We have recovered millions of dollars in compensation for victims of serious personal injuries, and our mission is to see that you get fair compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages and other damages.
We handle many other types of personal injury cases as well, from those that are all too common, to those that are one-of-a kind. People who slip or trip and fall on unsafe property, for example, may have a viable legal case against negligent property owners. If you or a loved one has been injured by the medical system, whether through medical provider negligence or abuse or neglect in a nursing home, we want to talk to you. We also represent workers who have been injured on the job, including those injured while working on oil fields.
Edmiston & Colton:
If you’ve been injured because of someone else’s negligence, we understand that recovering from your injuries is a difficult enough struggle without also having to fight insurance companies to achieve a full and fair settlement. Founded in 1987, the Law Firm of Edmiston & Colton has been providing committed and caring legal representation to people injured in Montana for more than 30 years. As a firm, we have more than 70 years of combined legal experience. We lift that burden from your shoulders, taking care of the legal footwork for you so you can focus on healing.
We are a community-focused personal injury law firm concerned with the well-being of our neighbors. You may have seen our public service announcements about the perils of drunk driving. We have seen firsthand the devastating effects that drunk and distracted driving can have on the lives of those injured in such accidents, and we are committed to using our voice to help prevent others from suffering in similar accidents in the future. As a firm, we also donate to a number of causes, including local high schools, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Family Promise, Tumbleweed, veterans’ causes and many more.
With our long experience and depth of resources, you can feel confident that when you entrust your case to our lawyers, we will secure the best possible resolution for your case that allows you to pick up the pieces and move on with life. We look forward to learning how we can help you resolve your legal concern.
