TCMR&S:

Seven like-minded entrepreneurial attorneys with complementary legal practices, founded TCMR&S almost 15 years ago, after working together for Puerto Rico’s largest law firm, McConnell Valdés. Since then, the law firm has grown organically by recruiting a diverse group of very talented young attorneys that share our core values.

We are proud to be committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in Puerto Rico. TCMR&S is the only law firm in Puerto Rico member of the National Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (“NAMWOLF”). NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association of minority and women-owned law firms throughout the United States since 2001. TCMR&S is also certified by the Puerto Rico Minority Supplier Development Council (“PRMSDC”), which promotes business alliances for certified minority business enterprises and connects them to corporate members
