Francisco della Maggiora studied law at the University of Los Andes. He has focused his practice in all areas of labor law, social security and immigration for domestic and foreign companies, including general consulting, labor relations, litigation, collective bargaining processes, termination and restructuring of personnel, audits, visas and immigration , Internal policies, compensation and benefits, employee taxation, pensions, health and occupational safety.
