Transport Law Practice:

Shipping and transport are important industries in Sweden. The transport industry includes a number of types of transport which are governed by various rules, conventions and standard practice. Logistics questions are becoming increasingly important for the entire industry. Warehousing is becoming more expensive and “just in time” transport dominates. In order for the entire flow to function from factory to end user, logistics must be seamless. Many companies solve this by outsourcing, which is becoming increasingly common in the industry.

Lindahl has a strong offering within transport. The firm employs some of Sweden’s leading experts within shipping and transportation law. We advice on all matters regarding Swedish and international trade, shipping, logistics and insurance. Working closely with our experts in other legal fields, e.g. finance, M&A and procurement, we offer clients specialised legal advice on all matters potentially affecting the shipping industry.
