Boris Vittoz has a solid experience in the field of dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation.
His experience in arbitration covers around two dozen proceedings, including a series of high-profile cases, in which he acted as counsel, co-counsel, arbitrator, or in which he assisted arbitral tribunals. He also represented clients in setting aside proceedings before the Swiss Tribunal fédéral and in enforcement of awards proceedings before local courts.
Boris Vittoz is listed among the arbitrators of the Swiss Arbitration Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce.
He is also listed among the arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). He also represents corporate clients in commercial disputes, typically with international issues, as well as in insolvency or concordat proceedings, before the courts of Geneva and Vaud.
