Managing Partner Bojan Brežan advises on a broad range of disputes with a focus in the finance sector, advising on bankruptcy and liability issues. Recent work highlights of his include advising DZS on a dispute with the Municipality of Koper arising out of the sales process of Hotel Koper on the Slovenian coast.
Bojan focuses on large scale corporate transactions regarding the acquisitions of different asset classes including (private and public) companies and real estate portfolios. He also has extensive experience in financial restructurings and post-restructuring/distressed asset disposals. His transactional practice is supplemented with his high-profile work in commercial litigations and arbitrations.

The Insolvency Law Practice:
