TGC Corporate Lawyers:

TGC originated with a professional firm established in the City of London in 1908. The law firm in its present form was established in 1978. We opened our first office in Poland in 1990, recognising the need for inward investing clients to be advised by teams of both local and overseas lawyers, combining a wide range of legal skills with an understanding of the market and of particular industries and business.

We are a full service corporate law firm providing proactive and value added legal support at all stages of a transaction. We are now one of the largest law firms in Poland.

As an international law firm we help our clients to access the Central European region through offices in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, and Kraków), the Czech Republic (Prague and Brno), and Slovakia (Bratislava).

Our legal advisers, advocates and foreign qualified lawyers are rated as the leading experts in their particular fields and over the years we have gained a strong reputation for high quality corporate, real estate and commercial work, and for providing innovative solutions.

We have strong links with other independent law firms around the world, particularly from the City of London, Dublin, Frankfurt and New York. We have leading local lawyers working together with City-trained English lawyers and American lawyers who understand the international business environment and the tight deadlines of client driven transactions, such that we are able to react accordingly.
