Co-Head of the Employment Department with extensive experience and excellent track record in all human resources and employment matters. Barbara Gerbec Rozman has a vast experience in labour law and litigation matters and was a member of many due diligence teams, covering employment matters, real estates and commercial contracts.

She advises clients on various labour law matters, including individual employment contracts, collective agreements, internal acts and regulations, employment policies, compliance issues, restructurings, bargaining and negotiations with trade unions and other workers representations.
