Annelies heads the Corporate Department in Amsterdam. She has a wide range of corporate finance experience, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and public takeovers. She also has particular expertise in the area of initial public offerings and other equity issues.

She advises companies in M&A transactions, including private equity providers such as Bencis Capital Partners and Nederlandse Gasunie, FOX International Channels, Heerema, Liberty Global, Tetra Laval and USG People.
