Afolabi Caxton-Martins is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial group of the firm.
Afolabi is a graduate of the University of London (LL.B) and is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
Afolabi has extensive experience in International Joint Ventures, Corporate restructuring, international mergers and acquisitions (particularly in telecoms) and arbitration.
Afolabi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Afolabi is recognised and has listings in the several international law directories including, Chambers guide and Who’s Who legal.
