Francine Tan

Francine has been in the practice of intellectual property law for more than 25 years. She headed the IP practice group in a Singapore commercial law firm, and was from 2001-2009 a partner of Lloyd Wise/Marks & Clerk Singapore, co-heading the trade marks department.

Francine has significant experience in advising a wide range of clients in relation to their trade marks, domain names and designs. She has been consistently identified as one of AsiaLaw’s Leading Lawyers in the area of IP and has been recognised for a number of years by the International Who’s Who Legal (the Official Research Partner of the International Bar Association) as a leading trademark lawyer. María Teresa Szendrey-Ramos

María Teresa Szendrey-Ramos is a Shareholder in the Corporate Division of Fiddler, González & Rodríguez, P.S.C. Ms. Szendrey-Ramos chairs Fiddler’s Trademark Registration Practice Group and is a member of its Evaluations Committee.

Tobias Cohen Jehoram

Tobias is a leading expert in the field of intellectual property law, and especially trademark, trade dress, design, copyright and database protection. Gregor Maček

Gregor holds a degree in electrical engineering and law, both of the University of Ljubljana. He joined ITEM in 1997 and in 2000 became a managing partner. He has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters especially in the fields of trademarks, domain names, patents and industrial designs. Gregor has been actively involved in preparing amendments to the Industrial Property Act in 2001 and 2006. Gregor has written several articles and lectured on new Slovenian legislation and case law.
