Adeyinka Hassan

Adeyinka obtained his bachelor degree in Laws in 1994. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in March 1995. He is multi-disciplined, he holds master degrees in Laws, Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management, Corporate Governance with a distinction, specializing in Financial Services Regulation and Certificate in Entrepreneurship. He is an Alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, London School of Management, and London South Bank University, United Kingdom. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a Notary Public of Nigeria.

Peter Gad Naschitz

Marcin Orlicki

He is the head of the firm’s department of Business Insurance Law.
Attorney at Law, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, a remarkable expert in insurance law, a member of the task force for the Civil Law Codification Commission at the Ministry of Justice on the reform of the regulation of insurance contract in the Civil Code.

He was one of the co-authors of the thesis of the reform and the draft law amending the Civil Code in the aspect of insurance contracts. Currently he has been focusing on legislative work on the new Civil Code, including insurance law. He has been cooperating with the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Commission and Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the compliance of the general conditions of insurance with the law and the interests of the insurer.

Peter Shelford

Peter Shelford’s principal areas of practice are commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on insurance, reinsurance and marine.

He has deep understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the insurance business, including corporate, restructuring, regulatory and compliance, employment, licensing, tax and claims. Chen Hui-ling

Hui-ling leads the Winkler Partners insurance practice and supervises all Taiwan litigation.
After being admitted to the Taiwan bar, she practiced investment and intellectual property law specializing in services and technology transfers.

During the 1990s, her practice focused on litigation and Taiwan’s venture capital industry.

At Winkler Partners, Hui-ling has built the firm’s insurance practice by specializing in advising and representing international insurers and reinsurers who are integrating Taiwan into their Greater China operations.

Her recent cases have included arbitration arising from a tunnel collapse during the construction of one of Taiwan’s biggest infrastructure projects and litigation between the insurers and reinsurers of a major loss at a semiconductor facility. She is also an arbitrator at the Chinese Arbitration Association in Taipei.

Jay Ahn

Jay Ahn is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of antitrust and competition, insurance, mergers & acquisitions, Japanese, corporate governance and foreign direct investment. He serves as the chair of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Ahn’s antitrust and competition practice focuses on cartel, abuse of dominance, merger filings and other anti-competitive issues.
