The Dispute Resolution Law Practice:

Successful resolution of disputes can make a difference between a successful or unsuccessful implementation of a project. The sooner we become aware of potential disputes, the easier it is to resolve them, and the initial stage of the business process is the optimal time for that.

Of course, today’s resolution of disputes does not just mean transferring the responsibility for resolving the dispute to the third party. However, if there is no other solution at hand, such decision has to be taken in due time and it has to be based on total familiarity with the actual situation and on a thorough analysis of the legal environment of the dispute.

The sheer extent of the legal environment necessitates team work also in the area of resolving disputes. We can only expect a good result if we have thoroughly analysed the dispute at the beginning, and then invested enough perseverance and constant research into the proceeding. Of course, each stage of the dispute resolution also requires passionate dedication, which is a key element of the added value.

We realise that experience in resolution of disputes is an indispensable part of a business process. Therefore, from the first contact with our clients onwards, we constantly and in all areas employ our rich experience in local and international dispute resolution and arbitration.

It is our duty to motivate our clients to take a proactive approach towards the dispute analysis, and it is our goal to conduct a thorough analysis of the matter in dispute, and to use this analysis as a basis for finding a reasonable and effective resolution.
