Mohanned Bin Saud Al-Rasheed

Mr. Al-Rasheed founded the firm in 1993 to provide legal services to Saudi and foreign clients in the fields of civil, commercial, and Shari’a law. His practice encompasses a wide range of transactional work, as well as litigation and arbitration on behalf of Western and Arab clients, which includes some of the Kingdom’s largest businesses. Cases handled by him include investment disputes, real estate transactions, contracting activities, insurance, land and sea transport and television services.

Mr. Al-Rasheed received his LL.B. from King Saud University in Riyadh in 1990 and upon graduation received his license to practice before the courts and tribunals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also a member of the Arabian Arbitration Board in Paris and the Arab Arbitrators Commission in Cairo. Mr. Al-Rasheed is proficient in English, as well as being fluent in his native Arabic.

Pham Quoc Tuan

Pham Quoc Tuan is a Partner of Phuoc & Partners, jointly heading up the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice. With more than 10-years of experience in settling conflicts and differences in the diversity of fields, the principle areas of which are commerce, civil, real estate, labour and insurance, he is highly regarded and acknowledged as an expert in Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation in Vietnam.

Pham Quoc Tuan graduated from a Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and currently holds a Master of Laws in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution Law attained in the United Kingdom in 2011. He was previously admitted to the Bar Association of Khanh Hoa Province in Vietnam in 2006 after completing his Bachelor of Laws University of Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in commercial law and a Bachelor of Arts at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. In that same year he was also a member of the Coordination Board of the Group of Young Lawyers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Before Phuoc & Partners, Pham Quoc Tuan worked in several leading Vietnamese law firms, such as Lucy Wayne & Associates, Thang & Associates, Luat Viet Advocates and Solicitors and has also been a Legal Counsel and Manager for several multinational foreign invested enterprises in Vietnam.

As a commercial lawyer, Pham Quoc Tuan has acted for various companies in joint venture, investment disputes, commercial contractual disputes, insurance and construction disputes including the infamous Park Hyatt Hotel case in Ho Chi Minh City.

Johannes Muchada

Johannes joined the DMH team in July 2002 and was admitted to practise law in September 2002.

Until 2004 Johannes’s area of practice was general civil law.

In 2005, Johannes started to pursue his keen interests in commercial and corporate law in general, drafting and reviewing agreements, tax law, banking and financial services.

He is currently in the final part of his studies for a Masters in Business Administration Degree.

Johannes is also an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe.
